Jesus is God’s son.
The bible says, ‘For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son’ (John 3:16). The circumstances surrounding the birth of Jesus were by no means the norm. Born of a virgin, right from the start the life of Jesus was surrounded by controversy and mystery.

Jesus is God
Jesus said many outrageous things that were considered blasphemy by a lot of people at the time. Claims to know the mind of the Father, to have authority to forgive sins, and that knowing him was the same as knowing the Father (God) were claims to be God himself and unsurprisingly caused alarm. That was unless he could back it up. His life, death and resurrection were evidence that he truly was God.
